Community Foundation | Responding to need, the foundation have awarded over £100m in 40 years to groups and organisations across NI making contributions to education, health, housing, the arts, social justice, employment, peace and reconciliation. |
Eco Schools Northern Ireland | Promoting sustainable living through whole-school action. |
EA Music Service | The home for music education in Northern Ireland. |
Schools in Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon can use their grants for science resources, gardening equipment, science weeks, science subscriptions, science visits (in or out of school) and improving school grounds for science. Deadline to apply: 14 June 2024 |

Education Library Service | Provides a comprehensive service to Nursery, Primary, Post Primary and Special Schools in the Education Authority. |
Forest School Association | Promotes, develops and delivers sustainable environmental education programmes. |
Forest School Awards | The Learning Without Walls initiative is a series of programmes all designed to get children learning outside in the natural environment with their schools, youth groups and families. |
Growing for the Future | This resource aims to encourage children to grow fruit and vegetables and explore where food comes from while promoting healthy eating. |
John Moors Foundation | The foundation accepts requests for up to 3 years of funding when salaries or running costs are required. Preference is given to organisations seeking funding for projects which fall within the Foundation’s target areas. |
Museums on the Move | Museum on the Move is a brand-new blended learning programme that offers the chance to connect your school to our museums virtually and explore real museum objects in the classroom! |
Northern Ireland Council for Voluntary Action (NICVA) |
NICVA, the Northern Ireland Council for Voluntary Action, is a membership and representative umbrella body for the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland. CommunityNI (developed by NICVA): A community site which allows the instant addition of news, jobs, opinions, events, or products and services, by registered users. GrantTracker (developed by NICVA): Northern Ireland’s leading funding toolkit. GrantTracker will help you find funding schemes relevant to your projects, keep on top of deadline dates and co-ordinate your funding applications. |
Recycle More | You will find help and advice on all aspects of recycling at home, at school and in the workplace right here. |
School Uniform Grant | In response to the growing difficulties many members on low incomes face, a programme has been put in place that will assist our most vulnerable members with the cost of purchasing school uniforms. |
Sport Northern Ireland | Providing sports related funding to organisations based in Northern Ireland. The beneficiaries of the project must be from Northern Ireland. |
The Sports Skills Academy | The Sports Skills Academy programmes compliment the existing Key Stage 1 and 2 Physical Education Curriculum in Northern Ireland. |
