Council for Voluntary Service (CVS): Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) Alliance-Durham | The VCS Alliance team work with a range of organisations, including the One Point Service, Police, Health Visitors, Schools and voluntary organisations in the communities to help children, young people and families to access activities and services near to where they live. |

Forest School Association - find your local group | For the advancement of education for public benefit through promotion and support of quality Forest School in the United Kingdom using any means to enable all children, young people and adults to benefit from increased opportunities for high quality and varied educational experiences in the natural world. Parent Reaching Out Grants | A grants program to provide funding with a focus on the identification and removal of barriers that may prevent parents and families from participating and engaging fully in their children’s learning. |
School shoes and a winter coat grant | The School Benevolent Fund is an independent registered charity which offers a grant towards shoes and coats for school pupils. |

A regional network of schools, led by Head Teachers. Together they focus on shaping the future of education in the North East. |
SHINE Trust - School Grants | SHINE offers support to projects that can make a real difference to the attainment of children from disadvantaged backgrounds in the North of England. |
The Durham & Chester-le-Street School Sport Partnership Fund | A partnership of schools hosted by Durham Sixth Form Centre that develops sport and physical activity for young people and their families in the Durham City and Chester-le-Street areas. |
